Plant Simulation Application

The purpose of the Plant Simulation Application license is to work with custom object libraries which do not require any programming using the programming language SimTalk. The Plant Simulation Application license allows to interactively create simulation models using customized objects from object libraries as well as using the basic material flow objects (SingleProc, ParallelProc, Sorter, Buffer, Store, Track, Line, etc.), moving objects (Transporter, Container and Entity), the display objects (Gauge, Chart, Report) and lists and tables. This license can visualize Plant Simulation models in 2D as well as in 3D. The programming language SimTalk is not available in the Plant Simulation Application license.

You can upgrade the Plant Simulation Application license with optional modules for database interfaces, Gantt and SDX as well as the Assembly and Shop libraries.

The Plant Simulation Application license allows:

• Graphically interactive modeling and setting of parameters of the class objects in the dialogs of the objects.
• Creation of models with application-specific customized objects, as well as unlimited access of the built-in objects that are part of the customized objects.
• Execution of simulation runs with 2D and 3D graphics and animation of simulation models, statistical recording and analysis of simulation runs, saving the results and the statistics tables.
• Optimization of the simulation results by modifying model parameters using file interfaces or databases.
• Automatic optimization of the simulation model with Genetic Algorithms.
• Use of pre-defined application objects from object libraries available for many industries.
